We just want to say thanks to the staff members, especially Miriam delightful Arab hospitality!! She’s been our angel. Me and my partner had a bad experience at the airport and missed the flight we had to find something quick last min and we were honestly so happy of the service and hospitality they all been so helpful. We definitely highly recommend the stay at the hotel if you have any urgency or last minute flight. Super handy. Thanks guys see you soon!

What was the highlight of Howard Hotel Paris Orly Airport
Wonderful except for the shuttle to the airport and the nighttime front desk services.
Everything was wonderful up until we asked them for a ride to the airport.
Be aware that the shuttle they have only runs from 5 am until 1 am I think, which I don't think is listed on Booking. We had to leave at 4 am and they said there is no shuttle, which is not acceptable since we picked the hotel accordingly. They said the cab ride would be 25 euros and they gave us a discount so we said no worries, even though it is not the amount of money that bothered us but really how the hotel is advertised. Then at 4 am, a cab driver came and said he won't take us there unless we pay him 50 euros. We looked up rides on our phone, and it was a 10 euro ride on Uber. So we ended up taking the Uber (we were lucky to get a ride quickly at that time though), but the guy at the desk at nighttime seemed upset with us even though it was them who arranged the ride and told us it was 25 euros. He did not even bother to help us find another ride or apologized for the situation. It was just very rude very early morning, and we were very surprised because the lady at the desk when we first came in was very very polite and sweet. And the room and facilities were wonderful too.

Luxury beautiful room, very spacious, nice staff, few minutes to the airport
There was a very disturbing cigarettes smell in the room, like someone was smoking there a few minutes before. I had to open both windows for half an hour to even be able to sit there.
